Its been a rough couple of weeks and I have been lax about blogging as a result.  When I have gotten online I have primarily spent my time doing work “behind the scenes”.  Tweaking post titles, submitting to search engines and blog directories, etc. eat up a great deal of time.  Plus, my depression has been in another spike and I was in a “if I can’t say anything nice why say anything at all” kind of place.

    I’m sorry you are in a dark place. I know all about the self medicating,(in my case with wine) but I don’t think my life could possibly be as stressful as yours. Good luck and I hope your earache goes away soon.
